Hey my name is Boh! I am a certified Personal Trainer living in Melbourne Australia and a dog mumma to Portia.
My journey started when I injured my back and had to completely relearn my body, how to move properly and a new mindset about what health & fitness meant.
My aim now is to help educate, empower and transform women toward sustainable health & fitness to be the best version of themselves.
We believe in fitness being sustainable throughout life. There are no quick fixes and we don't believe in fad diets, detox teas or waist trainers as the solution. Being healthy should fit seamlessly into your life and that's what we aim for.
Mental health is such an important aspect to being the best version of yourself, which is why we make it a priority to integrate into your health and fitness plan.
Moving & moving well is important and having a great quality of life to enjoy with family and friends is important.
